Process automation level calculator
12 multiple-choice questions on orders, invoices, email, phone calls, data and documents. See right away how automated your company is, area by area, and how many hours a month we estimate you could recover.
How the calculation works
Each answer in the six areas (orders and quotes, administration, email and phone calls, system integration, reports, documents) scores 0 to 3 points. The automation level is the ratio between the points scored and the maximum possible.
| Level | Stage | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 0-24% | Manual | Most of the work still goes through people: the first project delivers the fastest return. |
| 25-49% | Initial | Some steps are digital, but a lot of data is still copied by hand. |
| 50-74% | Structured | Processes are largely structured: the remaining manual steps can be removed. |
| 75-100% | Advanced | The remaining potential lies in complex cases and AI assistants on your data. |
Recoverable hours are estimated as follows: office staff × weekly hours on repetitive tasks × 4.33 weeks × a recoverable share between 20% and 60%, higher the lower the automation level. The value in francs uses an hourly cost of CHF 33.
This is an indicative estimate: actual savings are measured during the process analysis. We only ask for personal data if you want to receive the report by email.
