Company data and artificial intelligence: how we protect it

Using AI does not mean handing your company data over to third parties. You decide where it is processed, who can see it and how long it is kept.

Three architectures, your choice

SolutionHow it worksWho it suits
Dedicated cloudAn environment reserved for your company at a cloud provider, with the processing region chosen to suit your requirements.Companies that want to start quickly, without hardware to manage.
Hardware in a data centreThe company buys the server, which is hosted and managed in a data centre.Companies that want full control of the infrastructure.
On-site serversSmall servers installed at your premises; the AI models also work without external services.Companies handling data that must not leave the premises.

The principles we apply

  • Only the data needed: each automation processes the information the process requires, nothing more.
  • Defined access: each employee sees only what they are authorised to see.
  • No training on your data: we use services and configurations in which data is not used to train models.
  • Traceability: the operations carried out by AI are logged and can be audited.
  • Documented providers: for each project we state which services are used and where they process data.

nFADP and GDPR

We design our solutions in line with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), in force since 1 September 2023, and with the GDPR for companies processing data of people in the European Union. We help you document the processing linked to the automations, so you can update your records of processing and privacy notices.

Frequently asked questions about data

Who are the AI training courses for?

For business owners, managing directors and department heads (administration, sales, operations) who need to decide how to use artificial intelligence in their company. No technical skills are needed: we start from your business and your real cases.

What does the dedicated coach do?

They are your point of reference throughout the programme: they help you define goals, choose the right tools for your business, put them into service and use them with your team. They work on your documents and your processes, not on generic examples.

Are the courses online or in person?

Both. We offer online webinars with practical exercises, in-person sessions and tailored programmes for a single company or a group. The offer is defined according to duration, required level of preparation and number of participants.

How much does the training cost?

We don't have a single price list: the offer is defined according to duration, required level of preparation and number of participants. After a first free conversation we send you a written proposal with costs and programme.

Will we still need your help after the training?

That's up to you. Some companies work independently with the chosen tools after the programme; others ask us to automate one or more processes. In that case our rule applies: we only propose projects that pay for themselves within 6 months.
