Time is lost in manual steps
In most SMEs the same information is read, copied and double-checked several times: from email to ERP, from PDF to Excel, from the phone to a reminder note.
Documents retyped by hand
Invoices, orders and delivery notes arrive and someone enters the data one by one into the ERP.
Requests scattered across channels
Emails, phone calls and messages have to be read, sorted and followed up. When the workload grows, something falls behind.
Information that is hard to find
Price lists, procedures and customer history sit in different folders, or in a colleague's head.
Four services, one goal: hours recovered
We take care of everything: analysis, development, connection to your systems and go-live. You provide the people who know the process.
Process automation
Supplier invoices, orders, quotes and data transfers between email, Excel and ERP, without retyping.

We help business owners and managers define and put into service the artificial intelligence tools that best suit their business. A dedicated coach guides you from choosing the tools to using them, on your real cases.
Define
We start from your goals and the tasks that weigh most, and identify where AI brings a measurable advantage.

Together we select the right tools for your business, without imposing new ones unless they are needed.
Put into service
We configure the tools and try them out together on your documents and processes.
Support
The coach stays by your side until you and your team work independently.

How office work changes
An illustrative example of a day in an SME with its main processes automated. People stay at the centre: they handle exceptions and customers.
Overnight orders are already entered
Emails with orders have been read and recorded in the ERP. Only doubtful cases remain.
Invoices arrive already booked
Whoever runs administration only checks the few flagged by the system.
Lunchtime calls are no longer missed
The virtual assistant, which always identifies itself as such, takes the requests and passes them to the right person.
The daily report is ready
Cases processed, times and value recovered are already in a single dashboard.
How much time a case costs today, and how much tomorrow
The value of an automation is measured case by case. This example shows how we calculate it, assuming an hourly cost of CHF 33. In your case we start from your company's actual times.
Before and after, per case
| Task | Today by hand | AI time | Saving per case |
|---|---|---|---|
| Booking a supplier invoice | 6 min | 1 min | CHF 3.30 |
| Entering an order received by email | 8 min | 1 min | CHF 4.40 |
| Replying to a recurring request | 10 min | 2 min | CHF 5.50 |
| Draft quote | 45 min | 10 min | CHF 24.75 |
Calculation: minutes of manual work avoided x CHF 0.55 per minute (CHF 33 an hour). Actual times are measured together with you during the analysis.

Swiss SMEs are already adopting AI
Data from the latest study of 300 Swiss SMEs shows that adoption is growing and the benefits are tangible.

Numbers first, then technology
We don't sell tools: we start from the time you spend today on each task and choose the ideal solution to integrate.
We listen
Free consultation: we understand how you work and which tasks weigh on you most.
We measure
We record times and volumes for the chosen process and calculate the value of the recoverable time.
We build
We develop the automation on your tools and test it with the people who will use it.
We verify
We measure the actual savings after go-live and decide the next steps together.
Our rule: we only propose a project if the investment pays for itself through time saved within 6 months. If the numbers don't add up, we tell you straight away.
We know how Swiss SMEs work
Every industry has its own repetitive tasks. These are the ones we encounter most often.

How we protect dataThe questions we are asked most often
What exactly does AI for Business do?
We analyse SMEs' office processes and use artificial intelligence to automate repetitive tasks: booking invoices, entering orders, quotes, emails, phone calls and searching documents. We handle the analysis, development and go-live, working with the tools the company already uses.
Does it make sense for a small company too?
Yes, if there is at least one process that takes up several hours every week. Even 3-4 people in the office are enough: what matters is the time spent on repetitive tasks, not the size of the company. The automation level calculator gives you a first indication in 3 minutes.
How much does it cost to automate a process?
It depends on the process, the volumes and the systems to connect: that is why we set the price after the analysis, with a fixed-price proposal. We follow one rule: we only propose a project if the investment pays for itself through time saved within 6 months. If the numbers don't add up, we tell you.
Is the initial consultation really free? What happens next?
Yes. In 30-50 minutes we look at how you work, identify the most suitable processes and give you an initial estimate of the time you could recover. If there is a concrete opportunity, we propose the next steps; there is no obligation to continue.
Do we need to change our ERP or software?
No. We work with the ERP, email and files you already use, through interfaces, exports or dedicated mailboxes. If your data is mostly in Excel today, the first step is to structure it: automation can start right there.
Where does our company's data end up?
You decide. We offer three options: a dedicated cloud, hardware bought by the company and hosted in a data centre, or small servers at your premises. The choice depends on how isolated the data must remain from external services. How we protect data.
Let's start with a process that costs you time
In 30-50 minutes we look at how you work today and tell you whether and where automation pays off, with an estimate of the hours you could recover.
