AI agents

AI agents and voice assistants for businesses

Assistants that answer recurring emails, chats and phone calls, also outside office hours, and only pass on to people the requests that need attention.

What you get

An AI assistant that handles recurring customer requests by email, chat or phone, at any hour. It collects information, answers frequent questions, records the request in your system and passes everything that needs attention to the right person.

Three types of assistant

Email assistant

It reads incoming emails, classifies them (order, complaint, information request, reminder), assigns them and prepares a reply for approval. For simpler questions it can reply on its own, within rules you set.

Phone voice assistant

It answers at peak times and outside office hours, understands the request, collects the necessary details and sets an appointment or a call-back. Calls that need a person are transferred or flagged immediately.

Website chat assistant

It answers visitors based on your information (products, services, opening hours, terms) and collects sales enquiries in the CRM.

When it is worth it. When a large share of requests are similar and repeat every day, when calls also come in outside office hours, or when customer service can't respond in time during peaks.

Clear rules, always

  • The assistant introduces itself as a virtual assistant
  • It only answers on what it has been taught and hands over to a person when unsure
  • Every conversation is logged and can be reviewed
  • It connects to the CRM, ERP, calendar and forms you already use

How the project works

  1. We gather frequent questions, opening hours and the rules for handing over to a person.
  2. We configure the assistant and connect it to your systems.
  3. We test it with your team on real conversations.
  4. We launch it and measure the results: requests handled, response times, hours recovered.

FAQ

Does artificial intelligence replace employees?

No. It removes the copying, checking and sorting; people review the exceptions and focus on higher-value work, such as customer relationships. In practice it mainly helps handle workload peaks without overtime or new hires.

What happens if the AI makes a mistake?

Every automation has checks: confidence thresholds, human review of doubtful cases and an operations log. At first a person checks everything; checks are reduced only once results are stable and measured.

What is an AI agent and when is it worth it?

It is an assistant that carries out a task independently, within precise rules: it answers recurring emails, handles a phone call, takes a request and records it in the ERP. It is worth it when requests are numerous and similar, and when customers also call outside office hours. More details.

Do the solutions comply with the new Data Protection Act (nFADP)?

We design them in line with the nFADP and, for companies working with the European Union, the GDPR: we process only the data needed, define who can access it, choose providers with adequate contractual guarantees and document where it is processed.
