1. Controller

2. Data we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional) and the text of the message.
• Automation level calculator: answers to the test are processed in the browser; if you request the report, we collect name, company, email, phone (optional) and the answers given.
• Appointment booking: the data entered in the booking calendar.
• Technical data: the hosting provider records technical data needed for the operation and security of the website (for example IP address).

3. Purposes

To reply to requests, send the report requested, contact you about our services and ensure the security of the website. Calculator answers may be used for statistics only in anonymised form. We do not sell data to third parties.

4. Service providers and data transfers

The website is hosted by Artera (artera.net), with servers in Switzerland. Data entered in the forms reaches the website server and is forwarded by email to our company mailbox; the calculator report is sent from the same server.

For contact management and the appointment booking calendar we use HubSpot, which may also process data outside Switzerland. In these cases we rely on the safeguards provided for by the nFADP, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention period

We keep data entered in the forms and the calculator for 24 months from the last contact, then delete or anonymise it. Statutory obligations requiring longer periods, for example for accounting records, remain unaffected. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by writing to sales@aiforbusiness.ch.

6. Cookies and campaign measurement

To understand which pages are read we use Umami Analytics (Umami Cloud service, European region), which measures visits in aggregate form, without cookies and without identifying individuals. We also use the technical data needed for the pages to work.

Google Ads. We run ads on Google. Only if you accept them in the cookie banner does the website load the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies to measure whether a visit coming from an ad ends with a contact request (conversion). We do not use this data for personalised advertising or remarketing. The provider is Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, which may also process data in the United States; the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. If you refuse, no request is sent to Google.

Source of the visit. When you submit a form, together with the data you enter we record which channel you came from (for example the campaign or keyword name contained in the page address) and, only with your cookie consent, the ad click identifier. This tells us which ads bring real enquiries.

When you book an appointment you move to HubSpot's booking page, which has its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies.

7. Your rights

You can request information about the data concerning you, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to sales@aiforbusiness.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

If you are in the European Union you may also contact the supervisory authority of your country.
