Process analysis: where AI really saves time
Before proposing any solution, we measure how much time each task costs today. So decisions are based on numbers, not trends.
What you get
A clear picture of where your company loses time and what that time is worth in francs. At the end of the analysis you know which processes are worth automating, in what order, with what investment and what return.
How it works
- Free consultation (30-50 minutes): we identify the most promising processes.
- Survey: with the people who carry them out, we measure times, volumes, steps and errors.
- Calculation: time per case × monthly volumes × hourly cost = value of the recoverable time.
- Proposal: the recommended automations, with costs, timelines and expected return, in order of priority.
What we analyse
- Order cycle: request, quote, order, confirmation, delivery, invoice
- Purchasing cycle: supplier orders, delivery notes, invoices, payments
- Customer communication: emails, phone calls, status requests
- Reporting and control: how the figures you look at every month are produced
- Management of documents and internal know-how
What we need from you
A few hours of the people who carry out the processes, sample documents and, if available, monthly volumes. If you don't have the figures, we estimate them together during the survey.
FAQ
How much does it cost to automate a process?
It depends on the process, the volumes and the systems to connect: that is why we set the price after the analysis, with a fixed-price proposal. We follow one rule: we only propose a project if the investment pays for itself through time saved within 6 months. If the numbers don't add up, we tell you.
How do you calculate the return on investment?
We measure how long each case takes today (for example an invoice or an order) and multiply it by monthly volumes and the hourly cost. If you have no internal figure, we use CHF 33 an hour. The result is the monthly value of the time recovered, which we compare with the cost of the project.
Is the initial consultation really free? What happens next?
Yes. In 30-50 minutes we look at how you work, identify the most suitable processes and give you an initial estimate of the time you could recover. If there is a concrete opportunity, we propose the next steps; there is no obligation to continue.
What do we need to prepare for the consultation?
Just a little information: which tasks weigh on you the most, monthly volumes (invoices, orders, emails, phone calls), the tools you use and a few sample documents. If you don't have exact figures, we estimate them together.
Let's start with a process that costs you time
In 30-50 minutes we look at how you work today and tell you whether and where automation pays off, with an estimate of the hours you could recover.
